Missing in Action (for sometime, I’ll definitely come back!)

Hi there dolls! I know, I’m kinda M.I.A recently since I'm starting to review thoroughly for my board exam. The reason why I've decided to post something here is... because I have to tell you girls that I'll be going M.I.A-mode in these succeeding months, yes, months. It's really hard for me to do this, now that I'm so attached on my blog. I’ll miss my blogging days for sure, but I really have to review for my board exam, I’ve got 3 months to do that, coz on January will be my BIG DAY. Cross-fingers!

And then, maybe after my board exam, I will have my blog giveaways as a thank you gift for my lovely readers and followers. But since I’m on a tight schedule to think about that,I will try to plan on the items to give on my free time.

Anyway....I will come back.. I will.. Bye ladies! :)

I will still try to post some updates here, especially that holidays are coming. So dont hesitate to at least glance on my blog posts because I always check my email to know if someone followed me, read my blog or posted comments. So feel free to read on my posts and leave some comments. I will answer them as soon as I can.

Wish me luck on my board exam! :)

Red Girl + Supermarket + Few Makeup Haul

I bought these things in different days, but I’ve decided to publish it on one whole post. This will just be a quick post since I have lot of things to do. Super!

These beauty products on the other hand were purchased on an Online shop,  NYX Cosmetics Supplier by Samsville. When I pick up this one from the courier, I immediately open it right after sitting on my car. Haha, too much excited?

Sorry if I haven’t pictured these babies with their seal on. I’d quickly unwrapped their seals and tried it on my lips! So I got these EOS lip balm for Php 220 each. The flavor I’d pick were Summerfruit and Honeysuckle! Finally, I have these babies na! It's actually on my wishlist, thank God I got my hands on these!

I got a little bit disappointed on this one, I thought it’s a big box, but actually it’s not. It’s like a somewhat a sample kit. Anyway, I got this NYC Smooth Mineral Starter Kit for Php 250 only, that’s why I purchase this one since it’s cheap.

So here are the things I’ve bought from Robinsons Department store in Cabanatuan. It’s on sale so we got tempted to buy some stuff. J

I just grab this one and it fits great! It’s a maong shorts with some faded part on the middle. I got this Red Girl shorts for Php 450.

It just happened that I want some black jeans so I bought this Red Girl black pants for Php 550. It’s kinda long on the bottom part, anyway I’ll send it on a tailor shop and alter the size. #lol

We went on a grocery so I just bought these items for my personal use.
From L-R: Vitresse Hair Cuticle Coat, Biogenic Hand Sanitizer, Jonhson’s Baby shampoo, Schick 2+1 Shaver

That’s it dolls! Got to do something! Have a nice day!

Nail of the Week: Etude House Matte Nail Polish in Pink

So here’s my first ever blog post on nails and actually my first ever matte nail polish. I chose the pink one because my sister keeps on bugging me not to get the lavender coz she got that already. Sos!

I’m not sure about the name because the label is on Korean. Anyways, thank goodness I’ve finally cleaned my nails and change the shade. Haha.

I’m quite impressed on this one since it dries up fast. I need to do two coats to achieve its opacity and topped it with Caronia Colorless to make it glossy. It’s looks yummy right? So girly..:)

Have you tried this out yet? What’s your verdict?

Product Review: Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion

I purchased this eyelid primer because I want my eye makeup to lasts long. I had this problem for years and I don’t know what to do. When I’ve seen this in several makeup tutorials, I’ve decided to try it out. So here’s my review.

Product Name: Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion

Color: Original

Product Description: The most legendary primer in the beauty industry! Eyeshadow Primer Potion is coveted by makeup artists and makeup junkies alike because it guarantees more vibrant eyeshadow that lasts for 24+ hours and NEVER CREASES! Once you experience its powers (plus how smoothly it glides on – an added bonus) you’ll never want to live without it.

Fill Weight: 11ml e 0.37 US fl oz

Price: I got this for Php 1450.00. (yikes!)

My Personal Experience on this Product

Color:  The original shade has light beige or somewhat nude color; almost invisible on the lids when it dries so it’s perfect for any skin tone.

Texture:  Its creamy, smooth and feels silky when blended on the lids. It also dries quickly when applied, thus it doesnt give that sticky feeling.

Staying Power: It really holds my eyeshadow for hours and it doesn’t really crease all day. I have combination/oily skin, and yet it keeps my eye makeup looking bright and beautiful.

Packaging:  It now comes in an easy-to-squeeze tube so that application can be controlled. I think this will also help in not getting wasted when you’re running low.

·         Doesn’t crease and blends well
·         Easy to apply
·         Lasts long
·         Makes my eye makeup look more vibrant
·         Small amount is enough to cover the entire lid
·         Smooth on skin

·         A bit pricey
·         Not available here in the Philippines, I just bought this from an online shop.

Will I repurchase this product? Yes! No second thougts. Grab it now dolls! It’s definitely worth it. J

Overall rating: 4.8/5
Final verdict? I’m in love with this primer! It brings out the vibrant colors of my eyeshadow and it really lasts long. This is a must-have for a good investment.

Have you tried this out? What are your other primers? I’m glad if you’ll let me know.

Product review: NYX Mosaic Powder Blush in Dare

Today I’m gonna review on one of different kinds of NYX blushes. I got this from NYX Cosmetics Supplier by Samsville last week and this is one of the products I’ve added on my NYX haul post. I’ve said earlier that I will make separate posts on those items so here’s the first one!

Product Name: NYX Mosaic Powder Blush in Dare

Product Description: “NYX Mosaic Powder Dare is great highlighter with a nice glowing effect for your eyes and cheeks. The fusion of five shades can be used independantly or blended together for your skin's perfect match.

Price: Php 320.00

My Personal Experience on this Product

Color: Dare has coral peachy shade with little shimmers on it. It’s very pretty and when blended well will give you pinkish, bronzy-peach color. Its really pigmented and can also be used either blush or bronzer.

Texture: It feels fine, smooth and it definitely blends easily on my cheeks. Though they tend to be very powdery when swirled to get a good combination. Anyway, you can always tap it the excess before applying.

Packaging: It’s simple which comes in black, plastic container. It’s lightweight, great for travelling and for touchups.

When blended well (no flash)

I love how it gives glow on my face! Really pretty colors, perfect for everyday use.  I will recommend this to fair or medium skin tone. If you want natural looking cheeks, this should be yours to take!  Love, LOVE IT!

What other NYX blushers can you recommend? I’d love to hear that!

Just got lucky: Charm Bracelet from SugarPao (Sponsored by TinyPinkBow)

Last month I joined Whimsical whatnots & whatever on her TinyPinkBow giveaway, and just last week I received an email that I won!!  Because of so many giveaways I’ve entered, I forgot what will be the prize. Haha. And when I checked it, surprisingly it was a customized charm bracelet! Yehey!

Well, supposedly I should share lots of pictures when I  finally got my charm bracelet but my camera messed up and got a virus. Dang! I lost all of my photos, including my posts on this one. Anyways, enough of the drama and let’s move on. Lol

So here they are! I received 5 bead straps, a chain strap and 5 charms. All of these are picked by me! I’ve chose white, sky blue, pink, purple and brown color of bead straps so that they can compliment my outfits.

She also gave me a mini letter; awww, so sweet  of her.. J

It comes with a felt pouch too..

The good thing on TinyPinkBow Jewelry online shop is that you can personalized your charm bracelet. I actually find it hard to pick which charms to use because all of them are so adorable and super cute. So I’d like to share with you why I’ve chosen these ones.

ü  Moon – I just have a fond of moon shaped things. Perfect when stargazing.
ü  Dog – literally, i love dogs!! We actually have like 10 of them.
ü  Heart – because i love heart shapes. Hahaha, I actually have a necklace with heart locket.
ü  Key – ahm, so that maybe someone can open the key to my heart. Cheesy!
ü  Meshed or Zigzag – I actually dont know what this is called. It supposed to be a butterfly charm but I guess they dont have that anymore. It’s cute though. J

Here it is when worn.

Sorry for my oily face. haha! No makeup here.

So that’s it! I really like it Sugar and TinyPinkBow! I’m definitely recommending TinyPinkBow Jewelry shop. They have wide array of accessories you can choose from and very affordable. If you’re interested, visit their online shop at  I’m sure you will enjoy choosing on those cute stuff.

NYX Haul

Hey dolls! This is my latest NYX package I purchased from NYX Cosmetics Supplier by Samsville. I got these babies coz my friend Sam said that it will be for sale. But since I have a lmited budget on buying stuff, I only got four of them, and I’d to make sure I will order some for my lips, my cheeks and my eyes.

So for just  a quick view, let me show you what I got.

See how fully wrapped this package is!
Came with a cute yellow design pouch.

Wow its on a bubble wrapped. nice!

So here they are!

From L-R: Sunflower, Trio e/s, Mosaic powder blush in Dare, Antwerp

For a clearer view of them, here’s:

Everybody in the online shop is raving on this product, so I got influenced and found out that this is said not a lipstick nor a lipgloss. Interesting right? So since I want a coral peachy shade, I’ve chose Soft matte lip cream Antwerp for around Php 230.00. I’ll just made a product review about this soon.

This is on my NYX wishlist because I’ve watch Xteeener, my makeup guru on Youtube, used a lot of these shades. These are barely there, champagne and rootbeer. I got this for Php 250.00 I guess. I’m not sure if I can work it out on my makeup routines. Wish me luck dear!

Like I’ve said earlier, I want something for my cheeks, so I’ve bought a mosaic powder blush in Dare. I think it’s price is around Php320.00, more than enough for its 5 different colors. Need to work on blending these shades. Lol

Ohh I got frustrated when I ordered a round lipstick, it’s supposed to be haute melon shade but it’s out of stock so I need to replace it with other color. So I skimmed on my list, and since I want an orange one, I’ve came across this shade, round lipstick in sunflower. I actually tried it on my lips immediately after opening it. Its like orange-red color as a matter of fact. I don’t know, maybe I can deal with it. The price is Php 130.00, not so bad for a 2nd choice lipstick. kiddin!

Sorry for those blurry pictures. Anyways, I’ll just make a separate post on their swatches and reviews soon. So that’s it.

Can’t wait on Samsville’s next sale preorder! J
